Modification to suspension items may change the performance and handling of any vehicle and Bilstein Dealer takes no responsibility for any damage or injury to vehicles, property or persons occurring whilst using any Bilstein products or information from the Bilstein Dealer website or promotional material.
The purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read the product disclaimer forming part of these terms and conditions of purchase and understands the specific character of the products purchased.
All purchases are ex warehouse.
The risk in the goods and all insurance responsibility for theft, damage or otherwise in respect of the goods will pass to the purchaser immediately on dispatch.
The buyer may at his option;
Collect the goods from the Bilstein Dealer warehouse at 32 Jindabyne Road, Berridale, NSW, 2618, or arrange freight (and insurance) on his own behalf.
Alternatively freight can be arranged on the buyer’s behalf.
Purchasers are required to inspect parts on arrival to ensure complete delivery and prior to installation to ensure correct fit.
Bilstein Dealer does not accept liability for products not fitting correctly.
Credit Account sales:
In addition to the terms above:
Title of the goods remains vested in and the absolute property of Bilstein Dealer until they have been paid for in full.
The invoice must be paid within specified trading terms. If not paid within this time Bilstein Dealer reserves the right to repossess the goods without notice.
Subject to the terms and conditions of purchase, deliveries can be arranged to anywhere in the world.
Australian deliveries are normally sent by Australia Post or selected Courier service unless otherwise advised at time of purchase.
International deliveries by arrangement at time of purchase.
Bilstein Dealer cannot accept products returned after purchase except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Any request for consideration for a product return must be received by Bilstein Dealer within 7 days of receipt of the products by the purchaser.
Parts that have been soiled, incorrectly installed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted.
Where Bilstein Dealer agrees to accept a return:
A return authorisation code will be issued.
This authorisation code must be clearly written on the package and the goods must be returned to Bilstein Dealer within a further 7 days.
Any refund is for product only, all shipping costs / packaging / labour etc are at the expense of the purchaser.
A restocking/handling fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will be charged.
